What to wear and what to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing for stretching and movement. Yoga mats are provided, but bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. We practice with bare feet. Extra: you may want to bring an eye pillow for relaxation at the end of class.
I recommend to practice on an empty stomach and drink plenty of water after practice to assist with the removal of toxins and to refresh and hydrate the body.
