Welcome to Inner Lotus – home of Jennifer Barone’s yoga and energy healing classes, workshops and retreats.

Jennifer is an experienced and compassionate yoga instructor and an intuitive energy healer. She teaches empowering and inspiring weekly classes, workshops and retreats (online & in-person) that incorporate Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation and Energy Healing. She also offers personalized energy healing sessions to awaken, energize and elevate our vibration.

Her classes focus on bringing awareness, self-love and healing intention from our breath to our bodies – deeply connecting to our vital life force energy and our highest self through conscious movement. In her class you will learn how to apply energy healing and yoga philosophy to your life in a down-to-earth and practical way.

Come as you are and let’s practice together in a welcoming, non-competitive environment for every-body – regardless of age, shape, background or belief system – who wants to experience their inner potential. Like the lotus that rises from the mud of daily existence – we practice to express what is already present within us.
