Yoga in the work place is the perfect tool for helping employees achieve work/life balance and to create engaged, productive and creative employees. A yoga and meditation practice with co-workers in a non-competitive environment will help to reduce stress, restore vitality, help employees to focus and create a special bond between a group to work together toward a common goal. I’ve had the privilege to teach a variety of the following methods on-site at at corporate conferences:
• Multi-level, Vinyasa yoga class for employees
• Ergonomic / chair yoga
• Guided meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama)
• Easy stretching and movement exercises for corporate break-out sessions to assist creative brainstorming.
